"We feel most alive when experiencing extremes for the first time, in our pursuit to live the dichotomies found in life, not by merely existing in the 'comfort corridor'" -Frank McKinney
I would like to invite you to join me at Frank McKinney's $29 Million Grand Unveiling & Book Launch (3) Party February 13-14, 2009 (http://www.frank-mckinney.com/events.aspx) where other success minded achievers will convene what will represent a most enlightening, entertaining and life changing two-day event. The Grand Unveiling and Book Launch is less than 30 days away. amd we only have 4 tickets remaining!
Considered the hottest ticket in Palm Beach, the February 13 Grand Unveiling portion of the event is invitation only and will be attended by over 500VIP's, media, million-dollar real estate brokers, book industry executives, and you if you choose.
We have spent the better part of two years creating one of the finest estates you will ever experience, Acqua Liana http://frank-mckinney.com/acqua_liana.aspx, the largest and most opulent certified "green" home in the world at $29 million.
You will get to witness the estate as it is unveiled for the first time in a theatrical assault on the senses. An experience that will heighten those five senses to a state of subliminal euphoria, where you will further have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a two-day odyssey that promises to leave a lasting impression on your ability to succeed beyond what you thought possible in the business we are all in, the business of life.
For two impactng days, starting with the Grand Unveiling on the 13th, and following the next day at our special Grade School Compass Approach to Marketing, Promotion and Sales breakfast you will hear nothing about a bailout, credit crisis, or other gloom and doom. You will be surrounded by beacons of realistic optimism and opportunism, the visionaries and market makers who pay no attention to the bubble heads, and have made a fortune by doing so.

"Often Happy, Seldom Satisfied" is the title of a chapter in one of my upcoming books, The Tap, http://www.frank-mckinney.com/books_the_tap.aspx - and that is how we felt as we planned what will be unveiled at 7:00pm on Friday, February 13, 2009. Prior Frank McKinney creations have been magnificent, but the upward spiral associated with striving to better your previous best is what life is all about, and I think we've done it with what you will experience at Acqua Liana.
Acqua Liana, the Tahitian and Fijian word for “Water Flower,” was bestowed with its unique name resulting from the home’s calming and soothing inclusion of many forms of liquid serenity, each intertwined in a magical and eternal blossom. Inspired by many visits to Tahiti, Fiji, Bali and Hawai'i, the fully furnished $29 million estate home reflects the peaceful and tropical influences of island architecture, yet feels perfectly at home on the beach of South Florida.

Acqua Liana is set upon 1.6+/- acres, and 23+ feet above sea level, with 150+ breathtaking feet fronting direct Atlantic Ocean-to-Intracoastal Waterway property. The home offers the unique combination of enjoying a private stroll on the estate's white sandy beach and the ability to keep a yacht at the private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway immediately across from the residence. Here is a sampling of what you will see:
- Acqua Liana features a first ever glass “water floor” with lotus flower motif hand painted on glass tiles below. Peer through 18” inches of crystal clear water where artistry is appreciated “under foot and under water." The scene is accentuated with trailing bubbles. The water floor gives way to an open reflecting pond with nine foot hand-blown glass chandelier suspended above, all set before a soaring twenty-four foot floor-to-ceiling water wall affording ample views of the Atlantic.
- Arched aquarium wet bar (walk below with exotic fish above!)
- 24-foot oceanfront sheeting water walls
- 10-foot kitchen water wall
- Double helix glass staircase
- Exotic tropical hardwood floors (coconut, bamboo, palmwood, reclaimed teak, etc.)
- 15,071+/- total square feet
- 2,180 sq.ft. oceanfront master bedroom suite with his/hers oceanview baths
- Magnificent oceanfront Hawaiian Koa-wood kitchen and catering kitchen
- 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 2 glass elevators, 2 laundry rooms
- Oceanfront grand salon that opens to the beach
- Dining room that opens to the pool
- Hollywood-like movie theatre
- Subterranean air-conditioned & marbled oversize garage with windows into pool above
- Ultra hi-tech home automation with bio-feedback
- Thatched and cedar tile roofs
- Meandering and swimmable water gardens
- Classical lounge and lap pool
- Waterfall spa w/ fire feature in the center
- Wood timber bridge w/ water flowing beneath
- Special golf course grass driveway
- 2-bedroom 2-bath guesthouse adorned in bamboo that is partially submerged in a lagoon

One of most impressive elements you will see in the 3-story mansion is that it is the first to be built and certified to the rigorous "green" standards (environmentally responsible) as defined and mandated by the U.S. Green Building Council and the Florida Green Building Council.
A small sampling of the "green" features include:
- Solar panels generating enough energy to run the entire home on certain days (generating enough electricity to run 2 average sized homes). When combining the home’s solar use energy efficient appliances and air-conditioning, insulative characteristics and overall architectural design the home’s automated bio-feedback system will display its energy efficiency in real time
- Environmentally conscious lighting that cuts down on fixture consumption by 70%.
- A water system that collects enough runoff water from the entire cedar roof to fill an average swimming pool every 14 days. The water is then used to fill the water garden and irrigate the landscape.
- Ultra-high efficient air conditioning and purification systems that make air quality 2x cleaner than a hospital’s operating room
- Use of enough reclaimed and renewable wood to save over 10.5 acres of rain forest. Renewable woods used regenerate at an average rate of every 5 years vs. every 50 years for many hardwoods (one species of Columbian guada bamboo regenerates by growing up to 90 feet in a single year!).
- During construction over 340,000 pounds of debris and trash was recycled. Over 85% of all debris was diverted, and will never reach a landfill.

Take a look at the excitement found in the Grand Unveiling invitation:
The opportunity to see such a magnificent home on the night it will be unveiled for the first time.
The date we have chosen, "Friday the 13th meets Valentine's Day" (bring your sweetheart as a Valentine's Day gift!). Imagine the costumes and performers!
The simultaneous launch of my three new books that will be made available for the first time that evening.
The opportunity to sit inside my 1988 Yugo that has been customized for the 50 city, 100 day, 20,000 mile journey around the country in support of my three new books.
The live entertainment. The sumptuous food.
The specially concocted Friday the 13th Manalapan Mojitio.
And
What will be talked about for sometime, and what you won't want to miss. The choreographed Grand Unveiling spectacle, one show belonging more on Broadway or on the strip of Las Vegas. While I certainly can't give anything away, at a prior Grand Unveiling ABC's 20/20 program was on hand to film the extravaganza. And they have become legendary! One hint: I have been studying under a well known magician so that you might experience an illisionary collission of Friday the 13th and Valentine's Day...

After taking part in the heart stopping show surrounding the Grand Unveiling, touring Acqua Liana <http://www.frank-mckinney.com/acqua_liana.aspx> , touring the mini- tour bus (Yugo), nearly full moon walk on the beach, eating gourmet food, drinking custom cocktails and after you are the last guest to depart for one of our host hotels (see below), you will don your pajamas and drift off to sleep dreaming of what you just experienced, and what tomorrow has in store....
On Saturday you will rise with the sun and make the short trip from your hotel to my personal oceanfront home, where my family has lived for the past 12 years, for mimosas and a sumptuous breakfast buffet.

At this 9:00am gathering the topic will be all sales, all morning. You will learn the how's and why's, the method behind the madness, when it comes to promotion and sales. Here I will introduce the Grade School Compass Approach to Marketing, Promotion and Sales, the primary marketing concept found in my new book Burst This! Frank McKinney's Bubble-Proof Real Estate Strategies, http://www.frank-mckinney.com/
books_burst_this.aspx. A VERY SPECIAL guest will make an appearance and also cover the two most important aspects of any successful business. |
With a pool of only 50,000 buyers out of a worldwide population of 6.5 billion how do I attract, sell, close and keep my buyers? How is it that our product sells in an average of 54.5 days, averaging $20 million per sale, while the rest of the market languishes as it takes 20 months to sell its high-end inventory, if it sells at all, and averages only $5 million per sale? Regardless of your business, having an edge when it comes to marketing, promotion and sales is what separates good businesses from great ones, and millionaires from multi-millionaires.
I am very excited to announce that Marshall Ulrich, one of the few living superheroes of mine, will be one of our featured presenters at the Grade School Compass Approach marketing breakfast at my home on February 14!
Marshall Ulrich, 57, Record-Setting Run Across America (www.marshallulrich.com).- Almost 117 marathons in 52-and-a-half days. That is what my good friend Marshall completed during his 3,063-mile run across the United States. Marshall started in San Francisco on September 13, 2008 and completed his run across America in New York City on Election Day, with an official finish time of 52 days, 11 hours, and 58 minutes. He averaged over 58 miles per day: that is two marathons plus (almost) a 10K race, every day, for more than 52 days in a row.
Marshall is the only person in the world to complete the Triple Crown of Extreme Sports: world class ultra runner, Seven Summits mountaineer, and record setting adventure racer. His specialty is competing in extreme conditions including desert and adventure racing, as well as mountaineering. In addition to running across America, Ulrich has completed 120 ultra marathons averaging over 100 miles each; reached the summit of each of the Seven Summits, including Mount Everest (all on first attempts); Completed 12 expedition length adventure races, including all nine Eco Challenge adventure races (something only two other people in the world have done).
Marshall has finished the Badwater Ultramarathon (www.badwater.com) a record 15 times. This is the Death Valley race across the desert that I have completed three times. Marshall was my inspiration to enter the race for the first time in 2005.
As far as his recent race across America, Marshall says, "It was by far the toughest thing I have ever done; even tougher than climbing Everest. Seeing how much Americans have in common was one of the greatest things about the run," Ulrich said. "We are all facing challenges, but we have the strength to overcome those challenges if we support each other," he said.
"Dream it and do it" and "The only limitations are in your mind" are two things Marshall always tells me. By completing his run across America, Ulrich hopes to inspire people to accomplish their goals, whatever they might be.
I am honored to be able to host Marshall and promise you will never face a challenge the same way again.
This entire morning will convene in one of the most beautiful oceanfront settings you can imagine.

My family lives on 2.5 acres directly across from the ocean in Delray Beach, Florida. Our house is quite different from the mansions we create. It was designed by John Volk, a well known architect, for Fontaine Fox, a famous cartoonist. Fox sold the magnificent property to the Mott family (Motts Apple Juice), and we bought it from the family after the Motts. It has a main home and two guest houses, all connected by an expansive deck and pool. The jungle-like grounds exhibit 70+ year old native trees and a 1/4 mile butterfly garden and motorcycle track (not used at the same time).

Then there is my oceanfront treehouse office that is connected to my home via suspension bridge. A place where I design all of our oceanfront creations and write my books from. I am even writing and sending your invitation from the treehouse this morning. The treehouse has 12 windows overlooking the ocean, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, a loft with a king size bed and flat screen TV and a desk, my wife and interior designer extraordinary, Nilsa had made out of bamboo. You will have an opportunity to visit and experience the treehouse with me.
After participating in the Grade School Compass Approach presentation and eating a gourmet breakfast, you will have time take a walk on my 1/4 mile butterfly garden path (aka motorcycle course) and walk over to the beach as well.

Would you like to join me and be one of only 100 guests at Frank McKinney's $29 Million Grand Unveiling & Book Launch (3) Party (http://www.frank-mckinney.com/events.aspx)?
As we began by sharing the plans via word of mouth with past Frank McKinney Experience guests, 85 have already committed to being a part of Frank McKinney's $29 Million Grand Unveiling & Book Launch (3) Party this coming February. So, as of the date of your invitation, we have 4 guest spots remaining.
To secure one of these remaining spots I simply ask that you implement the timeless biblical wisdom found in the Gospel of Luke: From those to whom much is entrusted, much will be expected.
I ask that you donate $2,000 to our Caring House Project Foundation so that we can continue to provide shelter and a self-sustaining existence for the desperately poor and homeless of Haiti. Please read on.
Each donation made will build nearly 1/2 of a home that will provide shelter to a family of 8 homeless men, women and children who were living in a mud hut, tin and cardboard shack, or on the streets under the steps of a church. Think about that, you will be providing shelter for nearly 4 people who had none before!
I know times may be challenging, but think of those who will benefit from your generosity. Residents of a country that has been ravaged by four hurricanes over that past few months. You will be making an incalculable difference in their lives.

What's more, each home you help to provide will be built on a concrete foundation, have concrete walls, a metal roof, windows, two sleeping rooms, kitchen, front porch, bathroom and shower. If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see a home very similar to the ones you will build.

When is the event?
Commencing 7:00pm, Friday, February 13, 2009 and reconvening at 9:00am Saturday, ending around 12:00noon on February 14.
What is the donation amount?
The required donation to be my guest at the event is $2,000. As we are trying to make the donation amount affordable, we do have a simple payment plan. Make your initial $1,000 donation immediately, and the final $1,000 donation by 12.31.08. Remember, we only have 4 spots left.
Due to the fact that we immediately put our donors dollars to work, we are hoping to avoid many having to partake in the payment plan. Given the challenging times we are in, it is there if you want to take advantage of it. All donations are made payable to Caring House Project Foundation, a 501©3 and as permitted, are tax deductible. CHPF accepts most major credit cards.
What is covered?
Your Friday evening dinner and drinks and the Saturday breakfast.
What is not covered?
Your airfare to/from the event and your hotel accommodations, if any
Where should I stay?
We have two host hotels. The first is the Delray Beach Marriott and the second is the Ritz Carlton in Manalapan. The Marriott is close to my house and 8 miles from Acqua Liana (10 North Ocean Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33483; 1-877-433-5729)
The Ritz Carlton is close to Acqua Liana and 8 miles from my house. (100 South Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, FL 33462; 1-800-241-3333)

A final thought: "If you are going to have regrets in life, and you will, regret what you did, not what you didn't do."
Whether it's the $29 million mansion you are coming to see, the show you will witness, my oceanfront home and treehouse you will visit, the marketing lessons you will learn, the Valentine's Day gift you are giving - never forget the true beneficiaries, those most desperately poor and homeless children and families from Haiti that you will bless beyond measure.
Don't let the remaining 4 spots be filled without your participation!
I hope to see you February 13 -14, 2009, for Frank McKinney's $29 Million Grand Unveiling & Book Launch (3) Party ( http://www.frank-mckinney.com/events.aspx)
P.S. While I think the above is plenty, I thought you might enjoy a special "mini-experience" that I have decided to include as part of Frank McKinney's $29 Million Grand Unveiling & Book Launch (3) Party for all who attend.
Immediately following the breakfast at my home, I, and my daughter Laura, are going to host a short, light-hearted discussion on what went into the writing of my first young reader fantasy novel titled Dead Fred, Flying Lunchboxes, and the Good Luck Circle, http://frank-mckinney.com/books_Dead_Fred.aspx. Here I will discuss the importance of exercising your creativity, as innovation in business is the one element that is overwhelmingly being rewarded today.
