A little known fact is that Mr. McKinney actually creates  the designs for his oceanfront artistry from his lavish oceanfront treehouse office overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. He also pens his books and columns from this serene location!

Some recent history: Prior to the commencement of his new multi-million dollar "green" mansions, he sold, with an asking price of $50 Million, the largest and most expensive spec home ever created, containing 72 rooms, 32,000 square feet, 12 bedrooms, 18 baths, and a 14 car garage.
