"The Caring House Project Foundation shall create projects based upon self-sufficiency by providing housing, food, water, medical support and opportunity for the desperately poor and homeless from around the world, particularly in the Caribbean, South America, Indonesia, Africa and here in the United States."

| What are we accomplishing though our Caring House Project Foundation? |
| |
| I'm inviting you to join me in changing the world for the better, one life, one family, one house, one village at a time. |
| |
| Many years ago I made a commitment: in addition to a portion of the profits from the sale of our oceanfront masterpieces, a majority of all profits earned outside the sale of our real estate would go to our Caring House Project Foundation |
| |
It was the Gospel of Luke that taught me:
"Much will be required of the person entrusted with much, and still more demanded of the person entrusted with more."

Therefore, should you decide to purchase any of the offerings on our Online Store page you can feel good knowing profits go to serving the world's most desperately poor and homeless.
As you will see, when you make a donation on our Donate page, you actually direct where you want your donation to go in order to assist those most in need from around the world.
Sharing our blessings with the world's less fortunate is our primary motivation for undertaking these meaningful projects.

| What If You Couldn't Go Home? |
Newspapers, magazines, and television are filled with images and stories of overwhelming poverty around the globe and of the crushing effects it has on the lives of millions of people from the youngest and most innocent, to the elderly and most vulnerable.

H ave you ever thought about what life would be like if you were homeless?
How difficult it would be to live from day to day...
| |
In many of the impoverished countries where CHPF works, homeless people do have jobs, and those who don't are trying to overcome challenges such as a lack of skills or even physical and mental impairment.
And don't forget, getting and keeping a job can be difficult for those who lack an address or a telephone, appropriate clothing and grooming, or transportation.
The most difficult aspects of being homeless are basic: being lonely, broke, and a feeling of beaing defeated, with nowhere to go.
I couldn't stand by and watch without doing my best to help.

| For Me... It Was A Calling - How About You? |
For many years, as a volunteer for Caring Kitchen, I drove an old van so rusted that the spare tire was caving through the wheel well.
We drove that old van up the streets and down the alleys of Palm Beach County, serving hot meals and delivering clothing to homeless people and families.
There was a lot of work to be done and a lot of families to be helped.
The more I became involved, the more families I saw, the more I realized that the calling was expanding. I knew I could do more than just feed and clothe the homeless.
But what and how?
The answer was found in the sharing of the three "T's":
Time, Talent & Treasure.
Before I had the talent or treasure I had the time, and that is what I shared with the homeless from that old van many years ago
When I had a little talent I was able to share that by helping the poor by fixing up their dilapidated homes.
The calling grew, and now we are able to build new self-sufficient villages for the poor all over the world, further sharing the treasures God has blessed us with.

| Provide Housing for Those Who Have None |
In 1998, my wife, Nilsa and I founded the Caring House Project Foundation. Our primary objective is to provide housing, food, water, medical support and opportunity for the desperately homeless around the world, particularly in the Caribbean, South America, Indonesia and here in the United States of America.
Think of the deep satisfaction experienced when seeing a self-sufficient village literally rise up out of the ground.
Contemplate the incredible impact that can be made on thousands and thousands of lives not just for today, but for generations.
This process is part of my business plan, my responsibility to steward the blessings God has entusted with me.
Won't you join us by donating today?
Feel The Tap...
Frank
