Over the 30+ years we’ve been creating beautiful waterfront artistry, this will be our first time doing so where the experiential lifestyle of the home is enhanced through the changing of the seasons. All of our prior creations were done on the oceanfront in Palm Beach County, where there’s really only one season.

Therefore, with the completion of our Mountain Modern home, we’re doing something unique. While we are now finished with the home, we will not be presenting (unveiling) it to the market until we have portrayed the lifestyle to be enjoyed at the home over the four seasons; Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

We will be doing so by way of short film that will combine the four seasons. This novel approach of presenting this stunning riverfront compound over the four seasons will take time.

There will be four separate scenes, storyboards, and shoots that will be combined into a short movie. I’m in no hurry. I can assure you, the wait will be worth it.

A few amenities (we’ll share more each season) that may make Panther Creek the finest waterfront home we’ve ever created:

• This Frank McKinney Mountain Modern creation, reflecting a Frank Lloyd Wright-esqe hexagonal design, is situated on an astounding 1,485’ of direct river frontage (that’s a 1/3 of a mile!) along a rare stretch of the Pigeon River that flows due East-to-West.
• A creation only nature could imagine, the sun rises through the mist upstream, tracks the 250-300’ wide river throughout the day, and fades on the horizon downstream as it’s replaced by as many stars in the sky as there are ripples in the river. Teaming with rainbow, brown, and brook trout, Panther Creek is a fly fisherman’s dream!
• Take-your-breath-away 180 degree river and mountain views out of 162 linear feet of floor-to-ceiling glass. The kitchen, dining area, and River Room have no structural supports inhibiting views. This open space spans 40’ from wall-to-glass wall.
