Less than 1 month until Christmas…
25 November 2013One month from today the big guy in the red suit should have already made his way down your chimney (assuming you were good!).
While Santa may have the gift giving thing down, if you need some help, I’ve got a couple impactful gift ideas for you.
Consider donating to our Caring House Project Foundation in the name of a loved one.
Below are four of our most popular donation ideas; $20 provides 200 meals for a hungry family, $45 buys 1 goat that produces milk for years, $500 provides a homeless child with shelter plus 620 meals, and finally $3,500 builds a new concrete home for a family of 8 who were living in mud huts or cardboard shacks.
While the feeling you receive when watching a loved one unwrap a gift you gave is special, there is nothing that compares to knowing your gift impacted the lives of those most desperately poor and homeless.
If the 4 suggested gift options don’t appeal to you, our Caring House Project Foundation has 70 unique donation options on our donate page: https://www.frank-mckinney.com/donate.aspx.
If you’d like to donate in someone’s name visit the donate page and select an option or select from the 4 above. Make your donation. You will immediately receive a receipt. Forward your receipt to me at frank@frank-mckinney.com with the name and address of your loved one. We’ll send a nice card showing what you donated in their name.
The Caring House Project is building our 21st self-sufficient village in Haiti since 2003 in Ravine a’ Couleuvre, a small Haitian enclave near the Town of L’Estere (progress video: http://youtu.be/yWvpwj53nZY). Your donation will help us make it our best village ever!
One more shopping idea not found on our donate page: Why not send a loved one (or yourself with a loved one) to visit Haiti with me to see the new village as I host you for our www.HaitiTrip2014.com! Want to come with me to see our work firsthand? Talk about a life-changing gift!
